Privacy policy
Effective October 7, 2026
This policy covers Fernway Labs and the products we sell under our brands (for example, Calm Walk). We keep it short and specific.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email and billing details, collected by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you visit our pages: standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and advertising cookies from the Meta Pixel, which tell Meta whether someone who saw our ad visited the page, started checkout or bought.
- When you email us: whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, send login details and product updates, and handle support and refunds.
- To measure and improve our ads (which ads lead to visits and purchases).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising measurement), Cloudflare (website hosting), and an email provider to send product emails. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
Our Meta app
Fernway Labs operates a Meta (Facebook) app used only to manage our own Pages and ad accounts: creating ads and reading their results. It does not ask Facebook users to log in and does not collect data from people who use Facebook.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed, or sooner when you ask.
